Who may submit
The poster contest is open to Brewery residents, leaseholders, day spacers, roommates, Carlson Industries employees, and BAA board members. Every submitter must confirm eligibility and accept the Brewery Artwalk Submission Terms of Service.
Poster specifications
Every design must use a vertical 16 × 20-inch (4:5) layout. Initial entries must be uploaded as an RGB JPEG or PNG. Designs must be original, created during this or the previous calendar year, and 100% created by the entrant. Copyrighted text or images, stock images, clip art, and AI-generated art are not permitted. If selected for production, the artist must provide a CMYK print file at 300 DPI or higher; layered Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign files are strongly encouraged.
Submission and review
Artists may submit up to the poster limit shown for the event. Poster submissions can be edited while in draft and become locked after final submission. The Association reviews every submitted poster and may reject or disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements.
Voting eligibility
Voting is limited to Brewery community members. Only one ballot is permitted per person for the event. Email verification is required, and a voter may select at most one entry in each category or abstain from any category. Final submission permanently locks the ballot.
Integrity
Submitting additional ballots through multiple email addresses is prohibited. Automated, duplicate, purchased, or manipulated votes may be rejected. Categories and ballot entries freeze when voting opens. Individual ballots remain private and cannot be edited by administrators.
No prize
This is a community recognition vote. No cash, merchandise, or other prize is awarded for submitting a poster, receiving votes, or appearing in the published results.
Results
Public totals remain hidden while voting is open. After voting closes, the Association reviews and publishes full rankings and vote counts. Entries with equal totals receive equal rank.
