Information we collect
Poster submissions include artist contact details, profile information, submitted poster designs, submission-term consent, and confirmations of community eligibility and poster-rule compliance. Voting requires an email address and an eligibility confirmation to support the one-ballot-per-person rule. Security records may include a one-way hash derived from an IP address.
How information is used
We use poster-submission information to review and administer participation, publish approved artist and poster details, deliver transactional email, prevent duplicate or abusive voting, and publish aggregate results.
What is public
Approved artist display names, biographies, poster information, and poster images may appear in the gallery, ballot, and published results. Email addresses, phone numbers, individual ballots, and private review notes are not public.
Your choices
Contact the Brewery Artwalk Association to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may be retained when required for event integrity, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
