All work must be presentation ready: clean and free of dust, grime, frame damage, etc. We will not accept a piece if it needs cleaning or repair.
All work must be framed and ready to hang with suitable hardware. No loose paper or Velcro.
If your piece has D-rings, please add a wire.
All works on paper must be under glass or Plexiglass.
If you are submitting a sculpture, depending on the size, you may need to provide your own pedestal.
All artwork must be delivered to the gallery by Monday, October 19, 2026, during the scheduled drop-off times. We will not accept artwork after the scheduled drop-off date.
Given the unpredictable volume and nature of submissions, submittal rules, guidelines, dates and curatorial processes are subject to change without advance notice.
All work submitted may be used for promotional posts on our Instagram or website.

I understand and agree to all the terms, conditions and deadlines above. *
