Poster submitter eligibility
The contest is open to Brewery residents, leaseholders, day spacers, roommates, Carlson Industries employees, and BAA board members. Submitters must be authorized to submit every poster design and must confirm their eligibility before final submission.
Poster eligibility
Designs must be original, created during this or the previous calendar year, and 100% created by the entrant. Copyrighted text or images, stock images, clip art, and AI-generated art are not permitted. Initial RGB JPEG or PNG uploads must use the vertical 16 × 20-inch layout.
Voter eligibility
Only Brewery community members may vote. Each person may submit one verified, final ballot for the event; using more than one email address to vote more than once is prohibited.
Review decisions
Poster submissions remain private until approved. The Association may request clarification, approve, decline, or disqualify an entry under the published event rules.
