Founded in 2007, Wolfgang & Isabella is an independent Los Angeles candle studio rooted in a love of design and a curiosity for the unexpected. We create candles that captivate. We believe fragrance is more than a scent. It's an atmosphere, a memory, a mood. An invisible expression of personal style that can transform an ordinary moment into something extraordinary. Our approach to fragrance is a study in contrasts. Fresh and atmospheric. Dark and sensual. Familiar yet unexpected. Each scent has its own personality and story. Thoughtfully composed, unexpectedly layered, and designed to evoke a feeling, our candles are more than home fragrance. Since the beginning, we've believed that what goes into a candle matters just as much as how it looks and smells. Every Wolfgang & Isabella candle is hand-poured in small batches at our downtown Los Angeles studio using 100% American-grown soy wax, carefully blended essential oils, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free paper wicks. Our candles are vegan and free from parabens, dyes, preservatives, petroleum, and palm wax. Crafted with an emphasis on fragrance quality and a beautiful, even burn, we embrace thoughtful production, source materials in the USA whenever possible, and believe that considered design doesn't require unnecessary excess.
